It was a warm afternoon with a threat of rain looming on the horizon when the M/V Colt Clary was delivered to Houston, Texas, based Higman Barge Lines.  The M/V Colt Clary will join Higman's extensive fleet of vessels which operate on America's inland waterways.   Hope Shipyard is honored to play a role in Higman's fleet expansion with the delivery of its newest vessel.
